MAIN STAGES IN THE GROWING CYCLE

A calendar will remind you of the main stages in the growing cycles at latitudes equal to that of Le Mans.

Farming recommendations

To get the best out of this fibre-rich variety, we recommend sowing at a density of 70-80 kg/ha (that its, between
3 500 000 and 4 000 000 plants/ha). This variety is naturally yellow. Avoid nitrogen inputs to compensate for this characteristic so as not to offset the genetic impact. For optimal fibre quality, we recommend a harvest between the full-flowering and end-flowering phases, including in more northern zones.

Main industries of application

Multifunctional, this variety can be used for several applications :
Fibre markets : plastic processes, insulation, textile
Shives markets : construction, mulching, bedding
